From M5 (Southbound) * Exit J30 take A379 sign posted Exeter/Dawlish. * At first roundabout go straight across staying on A379. * At the next roundabout take the second exit staying on the A379. * Turn right at the next roundabout entering the Marsh Barton Trading Estate (keep in the right hand lane). * The Newton Centre is the second car par entrance on the right. * UHM is situated at the end of the building. From Plymouth * Travelling towards Exeter take the sign posted Peamore. * Continue straight until you reach the first roundabout. * Take the second left but move into the right hand lane. * At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, the Jaguar garage will now be on your left hand side. * Turn left at the mini roundabout into Silverton Road, approx 300 yards turn right into Thorverton Road. * The Newton Centre is the second car park entrance on the right. * UHM is situated at the end of the building.
